The ion exchangers have been found in the field of waste water a very large application. The rinse water accumulate on the process baths with the metals. The legislature prescribes a recycling and cleaning of the rinse water. Principle: In the ion exchanger system, the rinse water is continuously circulated. The solids are hold back by a fine filter. Depending of the kind of resin the ions are reversibly or irreversibly caught in the ion exchange resin. After complete loading of the resin, the ion exchanger needs to be regenerated or smelted. The smelting of the resins or the regeneration is carried out by specialist companies. The particular advantage of the System is that the ions are completely removed from dilute rinse water into the reson, where they can be recovered in a concentrated form.
The RLM is a dry film laminator especially made for small companies, schools, research and development departments. All commercial laminates for PCB manufacture and mould-etching technique can be processed. Due to adjustable pressure control and adjustable laminating speed, solder mask application is also possible without problems. The machine is also used in very successfully in other application fields like WAFER MASKING and SMT STENCIL production or METAL WORKING.

The smaller sister of our RBM 402 is reduced wherever possible but not at quality, endurance and high precision details.
The Bungard CCD/ATC/XL is a high quality Computer Controlled Drilling machine with Automatic Tool Change (ATC). The ATC/XL as well as all other CCDs allows directly processing of Excellon / Sieb&Meyer drill data or HP/GL route data for producing PCBs (drilling, cut-out-routing, isolation milling) or routing/ engraving plastics, aluminium and other metals. The CCD/ATC/XL differs from the CCD/MTC/XL by the automatic 25-slot tool changer. The work space is the same. Compared with the CCD/ATC the XL has a larger work space (500x600 mm in contrast to 495x325 mm with the CCD/ATC) and the number of tool slots (25 instead of 16). The ATC is ideal for very big and complex PCBs with many different drill sizes and for special applications.

The RBM 402 series is the highest highest developed brushing machine in our range. It is ideally suited for professional prototyping or small batch production in modern PCB laboratories. The machines perform double side operation. Upper and lower brushing rollers are adjustable in pressure and have a digital read-out. Oscillation and transport speed are variable. The wet procession system comes together with a powerful squeeze + hot-air dryer. The standard version KF - has a closed loop rinsing system with integrated rinse water tank, filter and pump unit. This saves the user money for fresh water and headaches about how to meet waste water regulations. On request we offer version F with external water supply. The "F" is indicating an integral, automatic filter system. That is urgently recommended in order to comply with German and European waste water pollution directives. These "F" machines are equipped with a 100 m filter tape (5 µm) and a waste water level control. As the tape load of filtered particles increases, the sensor will automatically start the filter transport, so that fresh filter tape is supplied. The last version of the RBM 402 is the BLC model. This is a simple benchtop machine with external water supply and no filter unit.
The Bungard CCD/MTC is a high quality Computer Controlled Drilling and milling machine with semi-automatic tool change (MTC = manual tool change). The CCD/MTC XL differs from the CCD/MTC by a larger working area (500x600 mm in contrast to 325x495 mm).Compared to the ATC models, the software interrupts the operation during the tool change and the new tool is changed manually (turning the knob changes by a quarter turn; motors remaine empowered and hold the position). With the sturdy spindle and the good fi xation of the tool in the chuck the Bungard CCD/MTC XL is perfectly fi tted for routing or engraving plastics, aluminium and other metals. 19 inch rack boards can also be processed. The MTC/XL is ideal for extremely large boards and special applications.
